I am committed to working with you to make sure you have a wonderful experience. I want you to be happy with your new art! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, I’ll do my best to make it right.

RETURN POLICY

If your art arrives damaged or defective, please take photos for insurance purposes. Then contact me for a refund or exchange.

If you are simply unhappy with your art for any reason, you may return it. Your return package must be postmarked within 7 business days of when you received the package.

RETURN PROCESS

First, package the art securely in its original packaging.

Then, contact me for a return shipping label.

You will pay the cost of return shipping.

Once I receive the art in perfect condition, please allow 7 business days for me to process your return and send you an email.

You may choose:
* A refund, minus shipping charges

*Or an exchange, for a new piece of equal or lesser value.

PLEASE NOTE

*If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final.

*Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.

*To avoid problems requiring a return, it’s often helpful to see what a painting would look like on your wall before purchasing.

You may email me a photo of your room with the empty wall, including measurements, to receive a Photoshop mockup to help you visualize the art in your space.
