“Gilded Breeze.” The gold-toned tree is luminescent and ornate.
For me, the suggestion of gold is supported by the deep red rocks and surprising splashes of blue held by the weaving roots under the ground–it reminds me of rubies and turquoise stones set into gold jewelry.
The sky is golden as well. I imagine the small dark leaves rustling as this warm breeze comes through. The birds in the distance are sort of tossed by the breeze, moving along with it through the open sky.
Two months now until my Spring Sale opens to the public on May 15th!
I have quite a few more 12″ x 16″ paintings still to complete. These will all be priced at $290, with free shipping, up to 6-month no-interest payment plans available, and a bonus gift of beautiful note cards along with every painting purchased.
After the 12″ x 16″s, I’m hoping I’ll have time to complete a few slightly larger pieces before the sale.
